PU Foam Roofing System
The modern solution for seamless, energy-efficient roofing
Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF)
Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is an advanced roofing and insulation material that's sprayed as a liquid and expands into a solid foam, creating a fully-adhered, seamless, monolithic layer of insulation and waterproofing across any roof surface.
OSISCO offers complete spray foam roofing installation across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, combining professional application with the highest quality materials.
How It Works
Two chemical components — polyol/resin (Component A) and isocyanate (Component B) — are pumped from separate containers through heated, high-pressure hoses to an internal mixing spray gun. When combined, they react and expand to 30× their liquid volume, forming a rigid foam that bonds directly to the substrate.
A protective silicone or acrylic topcoat is then applied over the foam to protect against UV degradation.
Benefits
- Minimal disruption — In most cases, only saturated insulation needs removal.
- Highest R-value — 6.5 per inch; reduces energy costs.
- Seamless & self-adhering — No seams or fasteners; encapsulates penetrations.
- Renewable — Clean and re-coat when the coating warranty ends.
- Quick installation — Faster than conventional roofing.
- Proven since the 1960s — Decades of performance data.
Applications
Industrial and warehouse roofing, commercial flat roofs, government facilities, cold storage, and any flat or low-slope surface.
