Project Overview

Case

• The project includes engineering, design, fabrication, site testing, and commissioning to connect the main 3 substations at the New Administrative Capita with a total route length 17 KM

Problem

• Water Leakage from the expansion joints & Kicker due to Bad Waterproofing and break of water pipe.
• Joint Width=5cm.

Solution

• TPH Variotite was applied in the joints to make a permanent waterproofing solution.
• Variotite has a setting time of 10 secs, elongation up to 750%, strong Adhesion to concrete.
• Rubbertite was applied to the kickers.
• PUR-O-Stop 1 Component Flexible polyurethane foam was applied to reduce water flow.
• Both Materials used are Eco-friendly & permanent Waterproofing Materials.
