Case
- The plant is to be built on an area of 150 feddans, with a capacity of 1 million cubic meters of water per day.
- Mainly the scope work was Repairing of water tanks.
Problem
- Water Leakage from the expansion joints, joint width= 5cm.
- Water leakage from the concrete itself.
Solution
- TPH Variotite was applied in the joints to make a permanent waterproofing solution.
- Variotite has a setting time of 10 secs, elongation up to 750%, strong Adhesion to concrete.
- PUR-O-Stop 1 Component Flexible polyurethane foam was applied to the tanks concrete body.
- Both Materials used are Eco-friendly & Permeant Waterproofing Material.
